Old world ambience on the sand at Balboa. "Beginning September 8, 2004, We will be renovating and expanding our hotel. At this time, it is necessary for us to close our pool and jacuzzi. Come summer 2005 we will have 11 new Oceanview suites available for our future guests. During this time of renovation and construction, the hotel will remain completly open and functional with the exception of our pool and spa. We will also be providing special rates as well as upgrades upon check in when available."
