Balboa has several festivals and events throughout the season and 2007/2008 is no exception. Hotels and pubs provide music and entertainment in high season and at weekends. A New Event the "Balboa Island Stroll" will happen from 6pm to 9 pm the first Friday of each month. It is an evening when all shops will be open until 9 and most will be serving cheese, crackers, and refreshments.
